Terms of Service
Rules for using Loaf, your account and the creative tools provided by the service.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using Loaf, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Loaf on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Who may use Loaf
You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for a minor to use an online service, that consent must be obtained before use.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for information entered into your account and for activity performed through your session. This static demonstration stores account data in the local browser and is not intended to provide production-grade authentication security.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to use uploaded images, logos, fonts, text and other materials. Do not use Loaf to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate others deceptively, violate applicable law, or create content that unlawfully harms another person.
6. Plans and billing
The included pricing interface describes example plan structure. This static build does not process real payments. Premium demo plans can be cancelled from the Pricing page and are downgraded to Free immediately in this browser. If billing is enabled in a production version, price, renewal, cancellation and refund details must be presented at checkout and handled according to applicable law.
7. Service availability and changes
Features may be added, changed or removed over time. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, technical issues or events outside reasonable control.
8. Termination
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are materially violated, if required by law, or if continued access creates security or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
Loaf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loaf and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Changes to these Terms
These terms may be updated when the service changes or legal requirements evolve. The effective date at the top of this page should be updated when material revisions are published.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address configured for the deployed site. Replace the placeholder contact address before public launch.
