Loaf is a creator workspace for thumbnails, social graphics and motion assets. It combines a browser-based layer editor, templates, animation presets, local accounts, project saving and demo subscription flows in one interface.
Answers without the boring support-page vibe.

Getting started
The basics before you start designing.
Yes. The public pages can be browsed without signing in, but Loaf Studio and saved projects use an account. In this static build, accounts are stored locally in the browser.
Choose a template, open it in Loaf Studio, replace the main title, change colors, upload an image and export a PNG. For motion, open any animation and customize it inside Motion Lab before downloading.
The marketing pages, FAQ, pricing and animation gallery are responsive. The full Studio editor is designed mainly for desktop and tablet landscape because precise layer editing needs more space.
Yes. Loaf runs in the browser. No desktop installer is required for this static edition.
The interface is ready to deploy as a static site, but real commercial use should replace local authentication, demo billing and browser-only storage with secure server-side services.
Loaf Studio
Canvas, layers, uploads, Brand Kit and effects.
Text, shapes, stickers, uploaded images, brand assets, media cards, backgrounds and effect presets. Every item becomes its own layer and can be moved, resized, rotated, hidden, duplicated or reordered.
Yes. Use Uploads to select or drag PNG, JPG or WebP images. They are added as editable image layers. In this static build, recent uploads are stored locally in the browser.
Brand Kit lets you upload a logo, reuse brand colors and insert brand-specific text, badges, lower-thirds and watermarks. Premium plans unlock more brand tools.
Make sure the file is PNG, JPG or WebP and not extremely large. If a browser blocks local storage or memory is low, reload Loaf Studio and upload the logo again.
Yes. Text controls include font family, weight, italic, alignment, letter spacing, line height, uppercase, outline, color, opacity, shadow and glow-style effects depending on the selected preset.
Yes. Layout tools provide left/center/right, top/middle/bottom, flip and lock actions. Layers can also be reordered from the Layers panel and dragged within the list.
Ctrl/Cmd+Z undo, Ctrl/Cmd+Y or Shift+Cmd+Z redo, Ctrl/Cmd+D duplicate, Delete/Backspace remove, arrow keys nudge, and Shift+Arrow for larger moves.
Blur, shadow, glow, brightness, contrast, saturation and grayscale are available. Presets combine those values into looks such as Neon, Dream, Punch, Cinematic and Mono.
Yes. The current build writes autosave data locally in the browser. You can also manually save a named project to the dashboard.
Templates
Start faster, then customize everything.
Yes. Clicking Use template passes the selected template ID to Loaf Studio. After login or signup, Loaf preserves that selection and loads the same design in the editor.
Yes. Templates are starting points, not locked images. You can edit text, colors, shapes, layer order, uploads, effects and layout.
No. Free includes core templates. Premium collections can be restricted by plan, with higher plans unlocking more creator packs.
Yes. Use Blank design from the template page or open Loaf Studio with a blank project.
Common presets include YouTube 16:9, Shorts 9:16, square 1:1 and Full HD. The editor updates the canvas size when you switch format.
Animations & Motion Lab
Preview, personalize and export motion.
The motion library contains a large set of text, CTA, UI, loading, social, logo, transition, audio and decorative presets. New versions of Loaf can continue adding more without changing the basic workflow.
Depending on the animation: primary text, secondary text, speed, scale, hue, saturation, brightness, glow/intensity, preview background, duration and output size.
Premium motion export supports transparent WebM when the browser supports VP8/VP9 alpha. This is the preferred browser format for transparent motion.
Reliable alpha transparency is not broadly supported with browser H.264/MP4 recording. MP4 exports therefore use an opaque background.
No. The repeating Loaf watermark protects the live preview only. Premium exported files are rendered separately without the preview watermark.
Yes. Text-enabled animation presets update the large preview using your custom text, so you can review the result before export.
Yes. Motion Lab includes replay, pause/play, playback speed and duration controls so you can inspect timing before exporting.
Plans & billing
Free, Essential, Plus+ and Ultimate.
Free includes core Studio tools, starter templates, local projects and PNG export. Premium motion downloads and advanced creator tools remain locked.
Essential is the lower-cost premium tier. It unlocks more templates, more project capacity, extra creator tools and selected premium exports.
Plus+ adds more premium creator features, expanded motion export, stronger Brand Kit access and additional template/media packs.
Ultimate is the highest tier and is intended to unlock the largest feature set in the demo, including the broadest premium access.
Yes. The pricing page detects your current plan and only offers valid upgrades. For example, Plus+ can upgrade to Ultimate instead of buying Plus+ again.
Yes. Open Pricing and use Manage subscription → Cancel plan. In this static demo, cancellation immediately returns the local account to Free while keeping local project data.
No. The checkout is a visual demo. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA choices simulate the purchase flow and update the local plan only. No money is charged.
Account & data
Local accounts, privacy and project storage.
In this static edition, account information and project references are stored in browser localStorage. It is not a real cloud account system.
Local accounts, projects, plan state and some preferences can be removed because they live in browser storage. Export important designs before clearing site data.
Not in the static demo. A production Google OAuth flow should use secure client configuration and server-side verification.
It stores your selected cookie/privacy preference for the demo and can optionally remember analytics-style preferences. The static build does not sell personal data.
Deployment
Cloudflare Pages, Netlify and static hosting.
Yes. Upload the extracted site folder, use no framework build step, and make sure index.html is at the publish root.
Yes. Drag the extracted site folder into Netlify Deploys or connect a Git repository. This build is plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript and needs no framework compilation.
Usually the deployed project contains no site files or the wrong publish directory was selected. Confirm that index.html and the assets/css/js folders are present in the deployed root.
Move authentication, billing entitlements and persistent storage to a secure backend, validate uploads, use real payment webhooks, enforce premium permissions server-side, and add monitoring/error reporting.
